A few things to know before planning your aerial project.
What areas do you serve?+
We are based in Portland and serve eligible project locations throughout Oregon and Washington.
Are you FAA certified?+
Yes. Flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot and in accordance with applicable federal and local requirements.
How much do drone services cost?+
Every project is custom quoted. Pricing depends on location, scope, airspace, time on site, editing requirements, and final deliverables.
What happens if the weather is poor?+
Safe flight conditions come first. If wind, rain, visibility, or another condition makes a flight unsuitable, we will coordinate a new date.
Can you fly anywhere?+
Not always. Airspace restrictions, temporary flight restrictions, property access, local rules, weather, and site hazards can affect whether or when a flight can occur.
Do you carry insurance?+
Insurance needs are evaluated by project and can be discussed during the estimate process.
How quickly will I receive the finished files?+
Timing depends on the project and editing scope. We will confirm an expected delivery schedule in your quote.
Can I request specific shots or a custom project?+
Absolutely. Shot lists, reference examples, intended use, and special deliverables are helpful and can be included in your request.
Who owns the images?+
Usage rights and delivery terms are defined in the project estimate or agreement so both parties know how the finished work may be used.
How far in advance should I book?+
Earlier is better, especially for events or date-sensitive work. We also welcome short-notice requests when scheduling and flight conditions allow.
